Greg Strand
Greg Strand has served in the EFCA since 1989, as an associate pastor of adult ministries, and then as a senior pastor. Since 1995 he has served as the Dean of the annual EFCA Series of Theological Discussions. In 2002 he became Director of Biblical Theology and Credentialing for the EFCA. Since that time he has begun a District Board of Ministerial Standing to equip the districts in their credentialing process. Greg has also revived and chairs the Spiritual Heritage Committee/Theological Advisory Council, to help the EFCA maintain her biblical/theological rootedness and to keep abreast of issues that threaten the spiritual health of this movement. He serves as a co-moderator of the Scripture and Ministry Seminar at TEDS, a place where pastors and professors gather to address issues and discuss the implications of those issues to the local church. Greg also serves on the theological task force of the International Federation of Free Evangelical Churches. Greg is married and has 3 children.
