Equipped for Service:
I have learned that God equips through the journey He leads you on. From calling me into children's work at an early age, serving as a volunteer in a small church, catching a passion for ministry in college, to every church I have served, God has used each part of the journey to shape me for the ministry I have today.

Prepared for Service:
At age 10 I went to a special camp that taught people how to work with children. At that young age I knew that I was called to work with children and families. This calling has shaped my view of children and ministry. I believe that we can challenge children with the deeper things of God and they will respond. Children are capable of making life-changing decisions! There was a volunteer youth leader, Leonard Taylor, who impacted my life for ministry. He taught me basics of ministry that I still use today.
