Navigating Healthy Ministry Transitions in your Church/Ministry

Healthy ministry/leadership transitions are both critical and inevitable in a growing ministry. If these transitions are not properly navigated they will, at best, slow ministry momentum, or even curtail growth! Thus, developing a healthy leadership pipeline for ministry transitions, and understanding some of the basic dynamics in leadership transitions, are critical for a growing ministry. In this seminar we want to discuss some of the basic principles for healthy leadership transitions and give practical suggestions as to their implementation, both for the local church and other ministry organizations.
