Evangelical Convictions: A Theological Exposition of the Statement of Faith of the EFCA

In 2008 the EFCA Conference adopted a new theologically robust Statement of Faith. Recently this book was published as a “theological exposition” of it. In this training seminar we will talk about how to use this book most effectively in the context of the local church with leaders, adult education, small groups, and other settings. Attendees are encouraged to read the book prior to attending the seminar in order to engage most fruitfully in this important dialogue. We will use information shared in this seminar to begin to write a leader’s guide to accompany the book, so come prepared to share what would be helpful for you as you teach this to others.
